He plays a predominant role in corporate management, rendering corporate advisory services, due diligence and corporate restructuring by way of advising, organizing and implementing mergers, demergers, compromises and arrangements, capital market issues, capital reduction, transaction advisory and documentation, compliance management services, advising and assisting in dealing with offences and prosecution under the Companies Act, SEBI Act, compounding of offences, answering show cause notices, handling inspections and investigations, obtaining relief and advising on remedial action to be taken.
He is also associated and worked with various Multinational corporates across the globe having international exposure of more than 9 years’ experience.
Mr. Vinit Nagar is a Lawyer and also the Practicing Company Secretary having an overall post qualification experience of approx. 15 years. He is associated with KTA as an Associate Technical Partner for Legal disputes & NCLT related matters. Mr. Nagar is also the Insolvency Professional and the regd. member of ICSI Institute of Insolvency Professionals (ICSI IIP). His core areas of Practice include Corporate and Commercial Litigation.
Ms. Ritu Garg is a Fellow Member of ICSI and currently Senior Company Secretary at KTA since 2021 with having more than 9 years of industry experience. She has expert knowledge in FEMA, SEBI regulations, Listing Agreements, Secretarial Audit, Corporate Due Diligence, Restructuring, to winding up or closure of business and also Intellectual property rights including trademarks. She regularly attends meetings of the Committee of Board, Board Meetings and Annual General Meeting as an invitee. She staunchly believes that productivity at the workplace can be doubled if women are provided with a comfortable and warm atmosphere. She has the perfect balance of knowledge and passion to work with professionals and achieve the goals efficiently.
Ms. Darshita Prajapati is a Fellow Member of ICSI and currently Senior Company Secretary at KTA since 2021. She possesses around 10 years of experience in the Corporate Secretarial and legal field. She specializes in listing, FEMA and NBFC compliances and has been handling compliances under various corporate laws for both listed and unlisted companies.
Her knowledge expands from Companies Act, Corporate Restructuring, Due Diligence, Securities Law compliance, SEBI regulations, Start-ups and SME, Secretarial Automation Software, and other economic & commercial laws.
Mr. Smit Agrawal is pursuing Company Secretary Course from Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has been a Management trainee at KTA since 2024 having interest in diverse practising areas like litigation, listing compliances and due-diligence.
Ms. Niki Tiwari is a Fellow Member of ICSI and currently Senior Company Secretary at KTA since 2024 with more than 8 years of industry experience. She has expert knowledge in LODR, FEMA, SEBI regulations, Secretarial Audit, Corporate Due Diligence and also Intellectual property rights including trademarks. She staunchly believes that productivity at the workplace can be doubled if women are provided with a comfortable and warm atmosphere.
